Front of House Customer Advisor - FULL TIME

THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an exciting full time vacancy for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our team with an immediate start date.

You will be based in our on site reception and interact with Storage customers that visit the site, as well as dealing with any telephone/web enquiries that come through.

As this site is one of our flagship sites, you will also be working with the Covault brand, dealing with queries and enquiries in our many office, studio and workshops on the site.

THE ROLE

Delivering exceptional customer service
Liaising with and securing new customers
Consulting with customers on self storage needs and unit availability
Consulting with business clients to determine their space requirements
Resolving outstanding balances on customer accounts
Working as a team to achieve store targets and monthly bonus
General management of the store

IDEAL CANDIDATE

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday : 10:00am to 4:00pm

SALARY
A Front of House Sales Executive can expect a basic wage starting at £19,760 per annum. An on target monthly bonus system is also implemented on passing probation.
