Rescue and Response Partnership Coordinator needed with Brent Council

Salary - £29 ltd an hour

Description:

To work closely with key partners from across London to provide borough support on County Lines running across and out of London
To act as the safeguarding link into the Borough Safeguarding Teams, Safer Schools Officers, Youth Offending Services and Community Safety Services
To lead a "team around the network" to enable intervention following referrals, intelligence and/or proactive lead involvement
To support the analysts and Project Manager with linking newly identified vulnerable young people to the right support and intervention

What is required?

Educated to degree level or equivalent operational experience
Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and the risks faced by children and young people
Demonstrable experience in delivering service and/or project objectives in a social care environment
Supporting and producing multiagency case management protocols
Experience of managing outcome based performance
Experience of developing successful partnerships
