Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by upselling products or services tailored to their needs and preferences.

Information Accuracy: Analyze customer accounts to provide accurate and timely information, ensuring a seamless customer interaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our sophisticated database, contributing to a comprehensive customer profile.


Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
