The Company Overview:

Butler rose are partnered with a successful têxtile company in South Manchester with nearly 200 years of têxtile innovation, delivering brands across Home Textiles, Healthcare, Corporate/Workwear and Sportswear.

This unique opportunity would be ideal fora commercially minded individual with strong communication and organisational skills - someone who will prioritise their own workload and lead and develop a small Finance team around them.

Your new role as Finance Manager:

Your duties will include:

Preparation of P & L
Preparation for annual Statutory Audit
Submission of UK and foreign VAT returns
Managing Debtors & Creditors and Bank accounts
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management information
Cost variance analysis and control, review overheads, WIP, Fixed Assets
Design and Implementation of new MI reports
Preparation of KPI data and provide recommendations based on results
Overseeing a small team of staff ensuring all work is completed efficiently

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Qualified ACCA/CIMA
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables/Lookups, etc)
Strong and varied ERP knowledge
Etailer accounting experience
Forex exposure and costing experience (not essential but would be advantageous)
Strong communication skills, plus excellent organisation, and planning skills with the ability to prioritise appropriately
Strong commercial understanding and good systems, internal control, and process improvement experience
