We are looking for passionate individuals wishing to make a difference to People's lives. You will be well supported, working in a friendly environment to provide high quality, consistent care to our clients. This work will be varied as we establish our care service.

Caremark is a rapidly expanding care service and gained a rating of GOOD in February 2021 with CQC.


Hours:

Full time, Part time, Permanent.


Pay:

Up to £11.20 an hour


Training:

All provided and is mandatory for the role


Location:

Community based with work available in Newcastle


Responsible to:
Field Care Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To enable our customers, lead a healthier, safer and more fulfilling lives


Main duties and responsibilities include:


  • Listening and responding appropriately to client needs and any changes
  • To assist customers in maintaining their personal care and hygiene
  • Helping customers to prepare food, eat and drink
  • Accompanying customers to appointments and activities
  • Supporting customers to access public transport
  • Sleepins at customer's homes
  • Assisting customers with medication in accordance with care plans
  • Liaising and cooperating with colleagues and attending team meetings
  • Helping to maintain health and safety

Salary:

From £11.00 per hour
