We are seeking a highly organised PART-TIME PA/Administrator to join our clients close-knit team and provide administrative support. Must be a driver due to rural location of the office.

Based in Bramley, Hampshire, hybrid working pattern, 21 days holiday, salary of 21k pa and part-time hours of 9am - 3 pm Monday

  • Friday.

As the PA/Administrator you will:


  • Provide admin support to the MD, Operations Director, and Projects Manager to include diary management/ scheduling meetings / travel arrangements.
  • Be the first point of contact answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Checking off deliveries into the office.
  • Meet and greet clients and provide them with refreshments.
  • Screen and manage inboxes.
  • Draft client quotations.
  • Provide additional admin duties

To succeed as the PA/Administrator you will:

  • Have experience working in an office environment (at least 3 years
  • construction background would be advantageous).
  • Be able to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be able to prioritise workload
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be reliable with a professional work attitude
  • Be proactive
