Band - RMN (Temporary):

The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a temporary basis.

This temporary position will be based at the Royal United Hospital in Bath, Avon.


As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and community-based services.

This temporary position will begin on 09/04/2024 and end on 10/04/2024. The shift will start at 19:30:00 and end at 08:00:00. The payment rate for this shift is £367.50, paid through an umbrella company.


As a Band 5 RMN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in crisis and support them on their journey to recovery.

You will play a vital role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to promote mental health and well-being.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assessing and prioritizing patient needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring and evaluating patient progress
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Requirements:


  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing
