Duties of the role:

  • Provide point of contact for all queries
  • Provide technical support to the team
  • Meeting preparation
  • Liaise with clients to provide help and information on technical issues queries raised
  • Keep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your role
  • Updating all client confidential information to all relevant platforms
  • Personally managing Salesforce workflow

Requirements:


  • Excellent level of customer service
  • Strong Administrator
  • Experience in Microsoft systems
