Duties of the role:
- Provide point of contact for all queries
- Provide technical support to the team
- Meeting preparation
- Liaise with clients to provide help and information on technical issues queries raised
- Keep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your role
- Updating all client confidential information to all relevant platforms
- Personally managing Salesforce workflow
Requirements:
- Excellent level of customer service
- Strong Administrator
- Experience in Microsoft systems
