Based in Sussex, England, but serving commercial and private site owners throughout Europe and internationally, we make creatively engineered wilderness architectural structures that deliver breath-taking experiences and inspire a closer connection to our woodlands and wild places.
We're a dynamic and ambitious small business on an exciting growth journey, looking to expand our team. Currently, we're seeking a talented Production Coordinator to join us. Your role will be crucial in the development of our manufacturing processes, hands-on manufacturing and contributing to our growth.If you possess strong organisational skills, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and a keen eye for details, we invite you to be a part of our enthusiastic team.
-Responsibilities_
Production Manufacturing Processes:
- Help in the development of comprehensive production packs including technical drawings of parts and assemblies, cutting lists, packing lists, and other pertinent documentation, facilitating a seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
- Prepare products for manufacturing, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to optimize production readiness.
- Provide constructive feedback to the broader team regarding any necessary changes or improvements.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure all product and process changes are captured and documented in the standard operating procedures and drawings_._
- We think we've got some great products here, and with that the need to produce some clear instructions and processes on how to make them_
Hands-On Manufacturing:
- Maintaining a collaborative relationship with our Production Team Leader to ensure the smooth daytoday running of the workshop.
- Actively participate in handson builds within the workshop, occasionally taking on managerial responsibilities as required.
- Oversee the packing and delivery processes of products to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Engage in production meetings, effectively communicating any issues or areas for improvement within the design and build process.
- Assist in maintaining regular stock management activities to ensure adequate inventory levels for production needs.

Back Office Activities:
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all necessary reports, documents, and logs according to preestablished deadlines and formats.
- Conduct through site health, safety and compliance checks in adherence to regulations and company protocols.
- Assist in the cleanliness and organisation within the workshop, with regular maintenance to uphold a safe conductive working environment.

Required Skills:
- Experience in a product manufacturing environment
- Understanding of technical drawings, and how to translate these into instruction format
- Experience in working in a fastpaced and (at times) high pressure environment
- Experience managing and adhering to onsite health and safety regulations
- Takes pride in providing excellent, highquality work
- Excellent communication skills
- Has an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Forward thinking with strong planning and organisation skills
- A natural problem solver with the ability to provide innovative and on the spot solutions to any issues that may arise
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to visit sites outside of the workshop
- Personable, selfdriven and instinctive.
- Project management skills organized and efficient.
- Adaptable to change, given the dynamic nature of a small company.

Ideal Skills:
- Previous experience in a startup business.
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Knowledge of Inventor

- Excess ego.
- Reluctance to embrace ideas from others.
- Egos are great, and sometimes we have some really rubbish ideas, so you have to be able to filter that out accordingly, but we are just looking for someone friendly to get on with._

Salary - £32,000pa - £35,000pa depending on experience.
