Administration Assistant, NHS Manchester Talking Therapies

What you'll be doing
As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our services.

Working alongside our dedicated Manchester Talking Therapies team, you'll provide essential administrative support, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

You'll be the backbone of our service, facilitating the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.


What we need from you

  • You will have experience in supporting others to complete daily tasks and work towards deadlines.
  • You will have strong organisational and time management skills.
  • You will have the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • You have computer literacy and the willingness to learn new systems.
  • You will be highly motivated with a personcentered approach.

What we will offer you in return

  • An annual salary of £23,500 (SCP 5 on NJC Scale)
  • A permanent 37.5hour contract.
  • 25 days holiday per annum (pro rata)
  • Based at Oakland House, Talbot Road, Manchester (Travel to other sites will be necessary).
