£12 an hour

Are you an experienced support professional who would relish an opportunity to work for a leading Welsh Charity who has successfully improved the lives of thousands of individuals struggling with their mental health?

If so, BRC have a position available for a Case Worker in Rhondda Cynon Taff

Primarily, you will be working with individuals living in supported accommodation helping them to maintain their individual health and wellbeing.

You will work to ensure any potential house crises are averted through ensuring appropriate benefits are in place and any tenancy/money issues are positively managed.

Additionally, you will work with colleagues to carry out life sessions around topics such as cooking, budgeting, self-care and mindfulness in order to help individuals in their journey of recovery.

To be successful in this role, you need to be an ambitious, determined and enthusiastic individual who can inspire and support vulnerable people to exceed their expectations.

You will need to have some experience working with vulnerable individuals with issues such as homelessness, mental health, careleavers substance misuse or domestic violence.

In return, you will be given the autonomy to manage your own caseload and benefit from flexible working. You will also be entitled to a competitive salary, generous annual leave, flexible working and if successful in the role, the security of a permanent position
