JasperRose have partnered with a luxury fashion brand who are expanding their charitable function of the business.

This is an exciting contract (with possibility to become permanent) working with large budgets to improve the world and make a change.

As a 6 month contract, you will be solely responsible for the purchase ledger function and will be sat in a team of 5.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office based in Central London.

The main responsibility for this role is to manage and maintain the purchase ledger function

Your duties will include:

Processing payments and invoices using the Netsuite system
Building relationships with suppliers and grantee partners
Resolving and investigating queries
Assisting in the improvement of purchase ledger processes
Supplier statement reconciliations
Adhoc duties

To be successful, you must have prior experience of working with a charitable organisation and have worked with the Netsuite system previously.

You will also need to have a strong level of purchase ledger skills and be available to start within 1 month.
