Are you looking for an exciting finance role with a fantastic team? We have a Temp to Perm Purchase Ledger Clerk position waiting for you at our clients modern, newly refurbished office in Chorley

  • Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Salary: £25k per annum
  • Location: Chorley (Fully officebased)

Key Duties:

As our Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining purchase ledgers across multiple companies.
  • Matching, batching, coding, and logging invoices every month, addressing any queries.
  • Ensuring timely authorization of invoices to make payments within terms.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and handling related queries.
  • Sending remittances to suppliers.
  • Collaborating closely with the Utilities Administrator for efficient account management.
  • Processing internal recharge/group fee invoices to maintain cash flow.

  • Experience in a similar purchase ledger role.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
