Are you looking for an exciting finance role with a fantastic team? We have a Temp to Perm Purchase Ledger Clerk position waiting for you at our clients modern, newly refurbished office in Chorley- Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Salary: £25k per annum
- Location: Chorley (Fully officebased)
Key Duties:
As our Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining purchase ledgers across multiple companies.
- Matching, batching, coding, and logging invoices every month, addressing any queries.
- Ensuring timely authorization of invoices to make payments within terms.
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling related queries.
- Sending remittances to suppliers.
- Collaborating closely with the Utilities Administrator for efficient account management.
- Processing internal recharge/group fee invoices to maintain cash flow.

- Experience in a similar purchase ledger role.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
