A new opportunity has arisen to work for a leading provider of back office solutions to the financial services industry who continue to demonstrate considerable growth.


You will work directly with key stakeholders throughout the business to enable privacy and data protection obligations to be met.

This role is also an instrumental piece in the design, development, and improvement of privacy processes and procedures in thedevelopment and delivery of a market leading CRM system.


Duties will include:

  • Identify and assess evolving privacy/data protection requirements and risks inherent in the Company's operations and in the development of new products and services
  • Assist the Privacy function with the design and implementation of companywide privacy/data protection policies, processes, and procedures
  • Actively identify privacy threats and escalate if needed
  • Promote activities to promote awareness within the organisation
  • Support training activities to ensure that employees are wellinformed on key privacy/data protection issues
  • Assist staff and project management on conducting Privacy Impact Assessments including risk analysis and mitigation
  • Assist with investigations into privacy/data protection breaches and complaints
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable privacy/data protections laws and accreditation standards, and monitor advancements in privacy/data
Applications will be considered from individuals with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of global privacy legislation (e.g. DPA, CCPA/CPRA, APA, GDPR, notice of breach laws, Direct Marketing rules etc.)

In addition to this you will have experience of building and managing relationships at various levels of the organisation.
