Residential Childcare Worker needed in Bridgend

We are looking for professional support workers to ensure a high standard of care to the young people in our care.

We support children and young people with Autism and physical/learning disabilities within a residential therapeutic setting.

The right person for the role:

Must have 6 months paid or 12 months Volunteer experience within health and social care
An understanding of children and young people with complex needs and advantage however we will provide full training
Driving is an advantage
DBS on the update service an advantage however we will complete a new one for you
Registered with SCW desirable
Willing to undertake relevant training where needed
Must be willing to provide personal care

In return:

Salary starting at £14.00ph for day shifts (night shifts are more)
