Accounts Action (SE) Ltd is a small business in Edenbridge. We are professional, agile, professional, and our goal is to Provide professional accounting and tax services.

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper and administrator to work full time for a busy media specialist Accountancy firm.

We are based in Edenbridge soon to be moving to Crockham Hill in Kent. We provide a flexible work environment with fun clients to boost. Adhoc working from home will be possible but this role is office based.

Your role would be to join the VAT team in completing VAT returns for a portfolio of clients. Along with maintaining the Company secretarial database for all our Limited liability clients.


What you need:

• You will need to have good verbal and written communication skills as you will have direct client contact.
• You will need to have experience working on Cloud based software solutions, and support clients using those packages. Xero experience is preferable but not essential.
• You will need to have prepared Quarterly VAT returns and have a basic knowledge of VAT rules.
• Any bookkeeping or accountancy qualifications would be a bonus but not essential.
• Good organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.

Salary Range £22 - £24K PA Depending on Experience.
