Customer Service Advisor (Engineering)
Location:
Based in Loughborough
Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday
Salary:
£23,000-£25,000 depending on experience
The role:
- Experience as a customer service advisor and or administrator whereby you assisted with incoming enquiries from customers
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge or similar industry experience is desirable
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Have strong organisational skills and an ability to manage a busy work load effectively
- Be a strong team player but also able to work independently
- IT efficient, use of microsoft office and CRM systems will be a part of this role (training will be provided)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers throughout the enquiry process from start to finish
- Agree terms and procedures for repairs to customers
- Resolve complaints whilst maintaining high customer service levels
- Take on and manage your own caseload including admin tasks
