Description

The VP of Sales// EMEA, is responsible for driving the development of direct and indirect sales channels generating bookings and revenue in the EMEA region.

This position will lead a team that works closely with our existing partners/VARs as well as be responsible for continuous recruitment of new partners/VARs.

Success is defined as ensuring that CallTower has a well-established and scalable route to market in the EMEA region, resulting in expanded presence and increased sales.


This role will primarily work with internal marketing, sales operations, and implementation teams to drive bookings and convert them into revenue.

Meeting or exceeding goals for sales bookings/revenue, sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction are essential for this position.


In fulfilling these responsibilities, the role will interact with internal Sales Engineers, Executive Management, Project Management, Telcom, Technology, and Client Service teams.

By fostering effective communication and collaboration across these departments, the VP of Sales will contribute to the overall success and growth of CallTower.


Duties

  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) & team members to surpass monthly booking targets. The new EMEA team will consist of the VP, along with three sales managers/directors to start, following a 60day rampup period.
  • Maintain effective communication with all internal teams, including technology, project management, marketing, client services, and the executive team.
  • Create strong case studies using current competitive intelligence to be used in customer presentations.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest technology related to the solutions being sold and effectively communicate any new information to the Channel.
  • Maintain uptodate job knowledge by actively participating in educational opportunities, staying informed through professional publications, cultivating personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners/ VARs in the region. Identify and onboard any new channel partners. Set commitments and objectives with partners (VARS, MSPs, Channel, etc.) that align with the goals of the region.
  • Translate product features into benefits that effectively address real enterprise customer problems.
  • Articulate a unique value proposition to various levels within a partner/customer organization.
  • Follow the established sales processes of CallTower and effectively utilize the sales resources provided.
  • Deliver weekly sales funnel reports and precise sales forecasts for each region/territory.
  • Provide support to partners by assisting in the timely submission of internal orders with accurate paperwork.
  • Provide regional Lunch and Learn opportunities for channel partners and customers.
  • Identify and engage with key industry events and trade shows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including inregion travel (required).

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5years of Sales Team management experience.
  • Minimum of 7years in channel sales experience, or related industries.
  • Possess a range of impressive qualities that define character, including being proactive, collaborative, a natural leader, ambitious, and a creative problem solver. Strong analytical skills and versatility allow this position to adapt to various situations and excel under pressure.
  • Possess a unique blend of creative and strategic thinking abilities. Strength lies in effectively translating creativity and strategy into tangible results, particularly in the areas of bookings and revenue generation.
  • Ability to grasp and analyze shifting markettrend by actively listening to customers, partners, and industry leaders, allowing the VP to make informed decisions regarding product design, the timing of product updates, and successful launches of new products.
  • Thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a constantly evolving and rapidly growing technical organization. Adapt quickly to the changing needs of a diverse and expanding customer base.
  • Ability to effortlessly understand and articulate complex technical features, translating them into compelling benefits and selling points. Effectively communicate the value and advantages of these features to customers and stakeholders.
