Overview:

An established mortgage broker firm that has strong links with a local well-known estate agency and investment firm in and around the Sussex area, require an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work remotely or from theintroducers offices and handle pre-qualified leads.

Main Duties:

As an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will work for an established independently owned mortgage broker firm where you will offer advice on both mortgages and protection policies.

We expect an experienced advisor to be seeing in excess of 10 appointments per week and to be able to convert 3+ of these.

Extensive support is provided to help develop your skills and knowledge along with modern IT systems to reduce the administration requiredto source and recommend mortgage and protection solutions.

The leads referred by the team of introducers are then pre-qualified with income and expenditure carried out before being booked into the diary of the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, ensuring that your valuable time is spent with clientswho are eligible for a mortgage.

Trainee mortgage brokers would also be considered in addition to the above role.
