This post has a key leadership role in Adult Services. It sits within Optalis (who provide services on behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead).
You will have a significant role in building working relationships and collaboration between Health and Social Care in order to develop an integrated service for adults across our communities.
The focus of this role will be primarily on Integrated Mental Health and Integrated Learning Disability services from a strategic and social care perspective, including Transitions/Preparation for Adulthood. Experience in these areas is therefore essential.
As part of the Optalis Senior Management team, you will lead and significantly contribute to the transformation of Adult Social Care.
You will play a leadership role in developing integrated pathways, facilitating and promoting innovation and transformation to improve outcomes for people.
Providing senior leadership to the transformation of adult services through the development of strengthsbased practice, prevention and early intervention, you will work collaboratively with peers and colleagues within both health and social care.
You must hold a professional qualification in health or social care and be registered with the appropriate professional body.
