Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for a fantastic HGV Technician opportunity, working in a growing, fast paced Dealership in Chilcompton

Key Responsibility:

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles/trailers to VOSA standard
Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
Ensure all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that all precautions are taken whilst on the premises
Liaise with the parts department to attain correct parts
Ensure health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
Ensure appropriate clocking's are made, all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness

You will have the following skills:

Industry qualifications achieved to a minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or mechanical engineering (all modules completed)
Heavy Vehicle Qualification
Previous working experience as an HGV technician with a strong technical background, as well as a keen interest in van
Safe working practices
Process driven
Attention to detail
Critical thinking
Dedicated to achieving high quality standards
Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Great team player

Working hours:

06:0014:00 Mon-Fri week 1
14:0022:00 Mon-Fri + 07:0013:00 Sat week 2
