SUMMARY


The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team with the creation of sales presentations, account line reviews and account specific trade shows.

Fulfill assignments in support of ongoing account management activities by managing various reporting, maintenance and execution projects. The Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with Account Managers, other Sales leaders, and cross-functionally with other departments.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete customer setup sheets/quote sheets/sample requests/image requests as needed by account
  • Schedule and manage Account Planning Meetings.
  • Upload images and content on retailer portals
  • Regularly check customer websites for correct images, logos, specifications and report and amend discrepancies as required
  • Respond to ad hoc retailer requests for hi res images, dimensions, battery info etc
  • Complete Head to Head product comparisons where necessary
  • Prepare presentations needed for sales calls, trade shows, customer follow up and internal meetings related to specific accounts

This includes:

  • Compile presentation selling sheets.
  • Request any samples, prototypes and collateral material requested for above events.
  • Manage call collateral and other requested support material by submitting requests on the Collateral Tracker and/or Requester found on the Marketing Portal and following up with personnel responsible for deliverables.
  • Submit sample request for in stock samples and work with Product Managers and Brand Managers for acquisition of updated prototypes, samples, and product information as needed for web content, catalog, and account maintenance by retailer.
  • Track all shipments and provide tracking data to sales manager/customer as applicable.
  • Assist sales manager with retail monitoring

This includes:

  • Maintaining Retail Landscapes
  • Regular Retail Visits
  • Updating Internal Retail Information Detailing All Items at Retail Within Our Respective Categories
  • Internal Reporting (photos and detail) of any significant changes or events in stores
  • Coordinate efforts at local stores to ensure correct execution of modulars
  • Manage any special projects assigned by Account Manager as needed to support growth and management of accounts.
  • Coordinate and track international creative requests between brand managers and account managers.
  • Ensure showroom is fully stocked and dressed appropriately for customer meetings
  • Coordinate trade fairs where Kids2 is representing their brands
- coordinate with suppliers and vendors and arrange samples and travel arrangement for all tradeshow members of Kids
  • Assist with Miscellaneous office tasks
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 12 years Previous sales support experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end
EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • In Kids2 UK Office minimum 3 days and up to 5 days per week as needed
