This global beauty and cosmetics powerhouse are recruiting an assistant business manager to assist the business manager, located in a luxury department store in Birmingham.

The company are performing well and have recorded year on year growth.

The main responsibility of the assistant business manager is to help drive sales through leadership of the team. This is an exciting role developing a succession plan for the company, coaching and developing a team to progress. This is about sharing bestpractice.

You will have gained your experience within a similar environment as an assistant account manager within cosmetics/beauty, or ready to step up to this level.

The role is paying a basic salary up to £27,000 and includes a generous bonus worth up to £400 per month and benefits package, including a great allocation package, days, pension and discounts.
