Description

The role is commercially focused, support the heads of programmes and operations teams and fellow finance team.

This important role will be instrumental in delivering monthly management accounts, delivering finance reports, setting plans, improving processes and monitoring the performance of the business.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reporting.
Liaises with group or corporate & statutory bodies & authorities to ensure financial compliance such that all group or corporate & statutory requirements are met.
Support the business in the budget and forecasting process, working in partnership to flag risks and opportunities early to enable robust accounting and forecasting.
Support efficiency initiatives through cost base insight and reviews.
Building, maintaining and influencing strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal to Client Telecoms and the wider Client Group.
The FBP will play a key role in ensuring Client delivers accurate reporting of the monthly results, ensuring they reflect the current performance of the business and driving initiatives as required.

Requirements

Qualified accountant (CIMA/AAT/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
Proven ability to work in complex financial environments.
Experience of using SAP and /or CAFMs is beneficial
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
A high degree of financial, commercial and customer awareness.
