Senior Service Desk Analyst / Team Lead - £280 p/d Outside IR3- 6 Months - Hybrid - Buckinghamshire
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Desk Analyst / Team Lead to join one of our
government clients for a
6 month contract.
£280 per day outside IR35.
As the Senior Service Desk Analyst,
you will be leading the Service Desk Analysts for our client's Global Support Centre.
This role is
hybrid working - 3 weeks on-site, 1 week WFH.
Our client is based
near Milton Keynes:
- commutable from Northampton, East Midlands, Bedford, Luton or Central London.
This role is working in an Security Cleared environment.
A minimum of DV clearance is required for this role.
Experience Required:
- Customer service management
- User focus
- Incident management
- Operational management
- Systems operations
- Problem management
- Line management
- Analyse, interrogate and evaluate data
- Experience of working within the Service Desk, Incident and Request Fulfilment process disciplines and good understanding of priority classifications and SLAs
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other Service Management toolsets;
- Experience of leading within the Service Desk
- ITIL Intermediate Service Operations
- SDI Service Desk Manager accreditation
Salary:
Up to £280.00 per day
