Salford

£40k-£45k+£5k car allowance

My client is delivering large scale construction projects as main contractor across Salford and the north west. They are growing the business rapidly and looking to strengthen their management teams with an Assistant Site Manager.

The assistant site manager will be responsible for managing packages on a £50 million new build apartment project. My client would like the Assistant site manager to have experience in Brick slip and Almasc cladding.


As assistant site manager you will be managing these packages, ensuring all the subcontract works are running to schedules as they should be.

Following site programming and planning.


You will be an Assistant Site Manager looking to develop and progress, this is an opportunity to take that management step.

Looking after the facades of the project you will have experience within this aspect of the build, with the ability to give technicaladvise of this part of the project.

Co ordinating all the labour on site ensuring following health and safety procedures.
