Description

MMP Consultancy is currently seeking an Electrical Contract Manager paying up to £63,000 per annum based in London. Hybrid working.

Key Experience:

Experience in Contracts Management or similar roles including management of thirdparty contractors and consultants.
Expert knowledge of electrical engineering systems.
Broad knowledge of building services engineering, safety and compliance work.
Experience of implementing and using complex data management tools to analyse data and manage performance.
Experience in management and leadership

Main Duties:

Ensure the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our customers.
Advise and support our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified.
Update and maintain systems/ records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI's are met.
Follow Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure, as far as is practicable, your own safety and that of others in the workplace.
Ensure that the electrical assets are maintained and invested in, to a high standard.
