Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients team based in Letchworth, just a short walk from the Train Station.
This role sits within the Events team of 3, looking after administration for a number of events/product demos across the UK.
Administrator - Job Details
- Permanent, Full time
- Monday
- Thursday: 8.30am 5pm, with a 3pm finish on Friday
- Up to £23,000 depending on experience
- 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company bonus scheme
Administrator - Main Duties:
- Mailing information
- Maintaining company database
- Contacting customers to confirm booked appointments
- First point of contact for inbound telephone calls
- Producing reports
- Preparing diaries
- Data entry
Key Skills & Experience:
- Great Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise with great time management skills
