Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients team based in Letchworth, just a short walk from the Train Station.


This role sits within the Events team of 3, looking after administration for a number of events/product demos across the UK.


Administrator - Job Details

  • Permanent, Full time


  • Monday

  • Thursday: 8.30am 5pm, with a 3pm finish on Friday
  • Up to £23,000 depending on experience
  • 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Company bonus scheme

Administrator - Main Duties:


  • Mailing information
  • Maintaining company database
  • Contacting customers to confirm booked appointments
  • First point of contact for inbound telephone calls
  • Producing reports
  • Preparing diaries
  • Data entry

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Great Organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise with great time management skills
