SALES AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR - BEACONSFIELD
An exciting opportunity to join a multi award-winning, private new homes developer as Sales and Marketing Administrator, based in Beaconsfield.
Role Purpose
You will be an essential part of the Sales and Marketing team, providing your support and administrative experience to the Sales Managers, Sales Director and Head of Marketing.
The Role
You will be responsible for the sales and marketing administration in the new homes sales and marketing department, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Actioning and responding to customer enquiries, processing reservations and payments, compiling weekly reports, and checking documentation are all key parts to this position.
Assisting with site set ups, sending marketing mailers, and coordinating launches are all examples of marketing activities in this exciting and varied role.
Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- You will be an experienced Sales and/or Marketing Administrator/Coordinator
- Ideally you'll have experience in a similar role in new homes/property
- Excellent IT skills, eg Excel, Word
- Good numeracy skills
- Experience using CRM systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously
Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000 basic depending on experience.
Location:
Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Contract:
Fixed Term Contract, maternity cover, Monday to Friday.
