The overall purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective professional support to the Digital Project Lead Midwife and the Maternity Data Analyst with regards to project tasks for the maintenance and further development of the trusts maternity related EPR (Electronic Patient Record) systems (i.e.

BadgerNet and PAS)

To support the change management process, ensuring benefits are realised from the effective implementation of BadgerNet and that it complies with the wider national drivers for documentation.

To meet the implementation objectives of the BadgernetSystem and ensure quality control.

To support the project lead midwife and help with testing of the bi-monthly updates from Clevermed and update staff accordingly.

To help support all clinicians in all clinical areas on both hospital sites and community settings

To provide knowledge and support in the clinical areas when required with regards to Badgernet documentation

To assist and plan for ongoing staff training and clinical support with Badgernet workshops and study days.

Following guidance and training the postholder will work with mínimal indirect supervision operating within the assessed level of competence and being accountable for all aspects of own work.
