- Lead and manage procurement activities across multiple projects with a proactive, team-based approach.

- Commercial / procurement experience within a public sector regulated environment (PCR2015 / PA23).

- CIPS level 4 qualified, or working towards. Ongoing CIPS studies / qualifications will be supported.
