Working alongside a Main Contractor and Developer offering their customers a turn-key solution in design, management, and build.

Currently, we are recruiting a Builder to assist us in residential renovations, and new builds in the West Midlands area.

You will be required to have the following

• CSCS card holder (desirable)
• Previous experience working in live & void properties
• Renovations or new build experience
• Good verbal and written skills
• Good with materials needed
• Be able to travel in the Midlands territory

Must have a first and secondary skill in the following

• Carpentry/Joinery 1st/2nd fix
• Brickwork brick/block, brick pointing
• Groundworks concreting/drainage/excavating/DPMs/screeding/services

• Landscape

• Hard/Soft, paving, slabbing, grass turf, tarmac
• Plastering limelight, skimming, damp/mold proofing
• Roofing
• Plumbing/Heating 1st/2nd fix
• Electrician + Fire 1st/2nd fix
• Painting decorating
• Tiling

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
