Okopod is HiringWe are currently looking for a talented sales coordinator to look after all inbound sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Inbound/outbound client calls with aim to sell our product.
- Answering client questions and queries regarding product specifications and pricing.
- Zoom consultations with clients.
- Upselling clients to larger products, more extensive packages.
- Preparing individual quotes for each clients and ensuring they sign contracts.
- Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers.
- Be accountable ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Acquire and source new leads to grow the business.
- Be able to spot and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales focus with the ability to act as a true advisor to your customer.
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers.
- Strong verbal, written and listeningcommunication skills.
- Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently.
- Reliability, motivation, hunger to succeed, strong team player.
- Good organisational skills
- Marketing skills are a plus as the job might also entail some work in that area.
Location:
Hybrid - You will be expected to spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
Working Hours: - 17h Monday to Friday.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
