We are currently looking for a talented sales coordinator to look after all inbound sales.


Key responsibilities:


  • Inbound/outbound client calls with aim to sell our product.
  • Answering client questions and queries regarding product specifications and pricing.
  • Zoom consultations with clients.
  • Upselling clients to larger products, more extensive packages.
  • Preparing individual quotes for each clients and ensuring they sign contracts.
  • Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers.
  • Be accountable ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Acquire and source new leads to grow the business.
  • Be able to spot and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales focus with the ability to act as a true advisor to your customer.
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers.
  • Strong verbal, written and listeningcommunication skills.
  • Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently.
  • Reliability, motivation, hunger to succeed, strong team player.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Marketing skills are a plus as the job might also entail some work in that area.

Location:
Hybrid - You will be expected to spend at least 2 days a week in the office.


Working Hours: - 17h Monday to Friday.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Cambridge

Expected start date: 03/04/2023
