Wolf Healthcare Birmingham are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Team Leader who is looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in a Children's residential home setting in Walsall Wood?
The Role of the Senior Team Leader - Disabilities:
As a senior member within the children's residential home, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team at a 9-bed home for Children aged years old with severe and complex disabilities and acquired brain injury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with complex and specific needs.
The senior Team Leader plays a fundamental role in providing outstanding care, support, and guidance to the children within our service with disabilities, as well as supporting the Manager.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Team Leader - Disabilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of dedicated disability support workers
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to each resident's specific needs
- Ensuring that the service provided meets the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Supporting residents with daytoday activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their social skills
- Liaising with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to ensure individual needs
Senior Team Leader - Disabilities Team Leader Requirements:
- Must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Must have at least 1 years' experience as a Team Leader in a similar setting
