An exciting opportunity has opened to join our clients' vibrant team as a Junior Sharepoint Consultant.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office after completing your 3-month probation.


Key responsibilities for the Junior Sharepoint Consultant

  • Providing valuable project support as consultants and developers within the team deliver customised solutions using the product portfolio (mainly his SharePoint and Power Platform).
  • Assist the Help Desk as needed and provide excellent customer service to external customers.
  • Identify and develop new and existing customer opportunities to add value to their business with efficient, costeffective solutions.
  • Reviewing, evaluating and assigning tasks received through the helpdesk.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate the values ??of the business through the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Fulfill other duties, in line with business needs.

Core skills for the Junior Sharepoint Consultant

  • Educated to degree level
  • An understanding of Microsoft's core products, including Office 36
  • Able to work well in teams and alone as needed
  • Awareness of project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills that help clients solve business challenges
  • Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.

Desired skills and experience

  • Good understanding of webbased software and relational databases
  • Previous experience in customer supportbased roles
  • Experience using Microsoft business software

  • Take a logical and methodical approach to the task at hand, paying close attention to detail.

  • Proven history of being a selfstarter.
