We are looking for a positive, driven and motivated individual to join our growing team as a lettings and sales negotiator (matching properties to tenants and buyers)

The ROLE of a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- Achieve individual monthly Letting and Sales targets
- We generate a HUGE amount of leads but these need to be followed up daily
- Register new enquiries and keep in touch to nurture to a sale or let
- Impress every customer every time
- Identify NEW opportunities
- Join us in our team marketing adventures
- Conduct viewings at properties
- Phone out new instructions to secure appointments to view
- Work to time, within schedule and be on time
- Negotiate where necessary and tenancy criteria required
- Punctuality is very high on our list
- Work with Tenants and/or buyers until sales or move in completed

Requirements:
- You have at least 1 years Customer Service Experience
- You LOVE to build relationships
- You enjoy the thrill of being part of a successful TEAM
- You THRIVE on exceeding the customer's wishes and needs
- You have an eye for matching what a customer wants with the ideal solution
- You actively in your own time seek to learn
- You speak clearly and concisely without waffling
- You are Good listener and patient with your colleagues
- You want to help people but are competitive
- You Enjoy the thrill of targets and bonuses to chase for a job well done
- You have a Driving Licence and are a car owner (Full reimbursement and expenses paid)
- You have or can develop fast a good local knowledge
Experience/Results in:
- Generating Sales, asking for business or winning contracts
- Estate Agency or Lettings Experience NOT essential, just VERY GREAT CHARACTER
- You will be able to demonstrate consistent results in your previous work
- Able to demonstrate GREAT customer engagement & nurturing
- Demonstrate a hunger for learning and progression
