Children's Residential Care Staff
Full time staff required.

Deputy & Seniors.
Job Role:
To provide a safe, caring and therapeutic environment within the home to ensure that there is always a high quality of care delivered in line with regulatory and legislative standards, in conjunction with Company policies and procedures.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Children from 10 years years within a residential 4 bedded home.- Work a rolling rota shift pattern of 1 day on and 2 days off,.

- Safeguard all children residing within the home.
- Ensure that factual, accurate and legible entries are made as per policy on
- Ensure that you are working in line with policy and procedure, effectively and
- Ensure all diary entries are made, planned, and completed as per delegation from

- Provide a positive mentor to the children and young people and to work

PERSON SPECIFICATION
RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER EXPERIENCE
Experience of working with children and young people under 18 years of age whom may display challenging behaviours within a residential home setting
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Work as part of a team and independently Good communication skills Ability to motivate and engage individual IT literate good time management and organisation skills.
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
Level 3 CYP Diploma or equivalent or a willingness to work towards further recognised qualifications in residential childcare.
OTHER
Full driving License would be an advantage.
