We are searching for a dedicated
Working Supervisor who is looking for the opportunity to make their mark within a successful, privately owned business.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role will oversee various elements of residential new builds and it will be the
Working Supervisor's responsibility for the programme of works to remain on track and productive.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working closely with the Director & PM to manage and oversee projects across Kent
• Organising materials and labour via a PO system
• Motivating and overseeing the team's day to day works
• Managing client expectations
• Working on the tools 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Fault finding and remedial works as well
• Quality control and ensuring the project remains productive and to schedule
• Foresee any delays and reporting back to the PM
• Report daily logs via the company's inhouse planning system

What we are looking for

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate previous site management experience plus have the ability and willingness to pick up the tools when required.
