    Position Summary:

We're hiring our first marketer in EMEA to build and scale our regional pipeline engine from the ground up. This role will own our new business pipeline goals for the region and be responsible for designing and executing a full-funnel demand generation strategy that drives awareness, pipeline, and revenue. This is a hands‑on role for a marketer that thrives in builder mode, across digital and in‑person programs – someone who can think strategically, execute across channels, and partner closely with sales to accelerate growth. You'll act as the revenue marketing team's on‑the‑ground field marketer in EMEA, while leveraging global playbooks, campaigns, and infrastructure from our North America team.

This is a hybrid role based out of our London office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in‑office days for team or company events.

    What You'll Do:

    Own EMEA Demand & Pipeline

    • Own the demand generation strategy and pipeline target for EMEA

    • Build a regional marketing plan aligned to revenue goals, GTM priorities, and Sales needs

    • Partnering with the digital team in HQ on multi‑channel campaigns and content

    • Localize and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content for EMEA audiences

    • Build and manage the EMEA marketing calendar, coordinating launches and activations across teams

    Field & Event Marketing

    • Own and execute in‑person and field marketing programs including regional events, executive dinners, roadshows, and community activations

    • Partner closely with Sales to align events to target accounts, active opportunities, and pipeline acceleration

    Sales & Cross‑Functional Partnership

    • Act as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership

    • Align tightly with Sales on targeting, account priorities, and deal support

    • Partner with:

      • Partner marketing to design and execute co‑marketing programs

      • Demand Gen to leverage playbooks and shared channels

      • Product Marketing & Brand to ensure consistent, compelling messaging

    What We're Looking For:

    • 6-8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, ideally in high‑growth environments

    • Proven experience owning a regional pipeline number and driving measurable revenue impact

    • Strong marketing generalist skillset

    • Experience executing field marketing and in‑person events

    • Deep comfort partnering with Sales

    • Experience localizing or building marketing programs for EMEA markets

    • Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working autonomously as a first regional hire

    • Data‑driven mindset with a strong bias toward testing, learning, and optimization
