Our client is a long established Agricultural Company, Innovative and dynamic are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer.

An opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for working on a production line and watching quality standards.

Your duties will include:

Working on a fast paced production line
Checking quality of production line
Working in a small team to meet customers' requirements
Be flexible to help in other areas if needed

To be considered for the role of a Production Operative you must have:

Have experience and be comfortable working in a repetitive role
Be reliable and committed
Be able to work in a standing role
The ability to manage your time effectively
A flexible approach to work
Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy with good numeracy and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Although not essential, your own transport is advised due to the very rural location of the client.

Hours of work are Mon-Thurs and Friday Rare occasions overtime may be required.
