PE Fund Controller - 6m Contract

We have an exciting opportunity to join a mid market Private Equity firm as a Fund Controller on a contract/temporary basis.

You will enjoy hybrid office working and it's lovely environment to showcase your private equity fund accounting skills

The Fund Accountant/Controller will be responsible for:

Fund accounting and maintenance of the accounting system
Review of Investment valuations
Preparing Investor capital calls and distributions
Preparing Investment drawdowns and distributions
The Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and Investor Reports
Calculating management fees and carried interest
SPV consolidated financial statements
Supporting the Investor Relations team with information requests and fund performance metrics
Fund tax compliance (US, UK, Germany)
Managing external services (auditors, tax advisers, banks)

What our client are looking for:

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA etc)
Have direct experience of fund accounting specifically for private equity fund & understand PE fund structures
Tax experience associated with private equity fund tax and transactions would be a great advantage

Duration: 6 months + / possibly Temp to Permanent

Salary:
£75,000-£90,000 + Full Benefits, (salary depending on experience)
