They are actively seeking an experienced professional with - 4 years PQE to work within their Company/Commercial team to manage a diverse and varied workload.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct of transactions for Acquisitions and disposals of businesses including all aspects of share and asset sales agreements
Governance advice including advice regarding shareholder agreements and cross option arrangements, LLP agreements and joint ventures
Drafting and advice concerning commercial contracts, general terms and conditions, distribution arrangements, and other business arrangements.
Advice and conduct of documentation related to obtaining finance, either project or working capital
You will get the supervision you need to do a great job for our clients but with the scope to be able to manage matters using your own judgment as well

Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 - depending on experience

Location:
Tunbridge Wells

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am hour 15 minutes for lunch)
