My client is a mid-size independent agency working with a number of clients across FMCG, Finance and Entertainment. They work completely through the line developing ideas across TV, Print, OOH, Social and Content.

It's a fairly small creative team so you'll be working closely with the team to develop at social and content ideas for all clients.

It's essential you come from an agency or in-house agency background with brand campaign led work. My client is not looking for editorial content.

Looking for a social conceptual creative role, in-house or agency side, for the last few years. This could be a creative, creative lead, senior creative, art director, or copywriter.

The role is a hybrid of content strategy and pulling in on a variety of different creative skills, so you will need to have a body of work that shows this off.

Specifically, we'll be on the lookout for someone with:

With client or agency experience in a conceptual creative. You must have worked in a creative agency across different brands.
Indepth understanding of social media and content
An understanding of various creative strategy and ideation frameworks with a proven ability to oversee the creative production process.
Solid deck writing and presentation skills.
A creative thinker & writer: you're able to work both independently and collaboratively on ideation for content across social
Able to work independently and within wider teams on a range of projects across all our clients' brands
Taking strategy and developing it into effective socialfirst creative ideas for pitches or projects
Building out socialfirst creative guidelines that span visual identity, art direction and tone of voice;
Developing content creation: From meme content to TikTok videos.
Keeping in tune with new behaviours, platforms and tools that are changing the landscape.
