Description

Working for one of the largest, most successful Telecom Build Partners in the country and providing support to projects on behalf of Mobile Network Operators, the purpose of this role is to coordinate multiple service diversions across a number of sites across the UK.


Key responsibilities:


  • Managing end to end delivery of all utility and telecom diversion requests.
  • Ability to review site locations on internal drawings, STATS & GPR scans to confirm which utility or telecom services require a divert.
  • Liaising with external utilities & telecoms providers such as BT, Virgin Media, Gas & Water companies.
  • Requesting quotations and obtaining cost approval from the client.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the commercial department to ensure PO cover is requested and issued out in a timely manner in order to meet target dates/SLAs.
  • Ensure both internal and client databases are kept up to date with forecast dates and progress notes.
  • Report on site updates both internally and externally.
  • Support project team with any administrational tasks when required.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Experience in dealing with utility and telecommunication providers.
  • Demonstrable Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience of managing and developing effective and efficient processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised and methodical in approach
  • Flexible, able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Willing to learn / adapt to the needs of the business / client
  • Team player

Desirable attributes or experiences:


  • Familiarity with customer tools and systems
  • DART, PACS, ADC Build
  • English and Maths Grade C or equivalent
