Year 1:
£40,000 - Year 2: £60,000+

For this Graduate Recruitment Consultant role, you do not need any recruitment or sales experience; you only need the right attitude and an ambition to make a successful career in recruitment.

Our client is a thriving recruitment business and due to continued growth, my client has 2 x Graduate Recruitment Consultant roles available.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive a comprehensive structured training programme to introduce you to the world of recruitment and provide you with everything there is to know about becoming a successful recruiter.

The successful applicants will be offered a structured career path for progression within the business, with a mentor supporting you every step of the way, a lucrative commission structure and business profit share scheme.
