Due to the continued success and growth of the College we are seeking additional full time/part time and Visiting Lecturers at our Basildon centre.


Whether you have taught before, or are wanting a change in career, our induction programme will support you with our internal training programme.

Within your first year you will be encouraged to undertake a nationally recognised and professional teaching qualification. We will aim to have you confidently trained as quickly as possible to start your journey into teaching.

You will have a mentor who will be able to point you in the right direction and we will support you in every aspect of your role.

Role:


  • The key purpose of the role will cover the following areas:
  • Lecturing across a range of courses
  • Student/trainee safety/Health & Safety at Work
  • Student recruitment/Careers Events/Liaison
  • Information, advice and guidance
  • Safeguarding
The role will include lecturing across a range of courses, supporting and guiding students on their path to success.
