Job Description:


We have created an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team based in our site.

This position will report to our Global Accounts Payable Supervisor and your primary role will be to help the accounts function run efficiently.

You will be self-motivated, well organized and diligent. Working with colleagues across the whole company, you will be a good communicator and team player.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match invoices to received orders on our Amici lab supply procurement portal
  • Code and check purchase invoices and post them onto our Netsuite accounting system
  • Maintain, verify and update supplier and customer details on Netsuite as required
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Assist with payment enquiries from supplier
  • Process Purchase Orders where required

Banking and Cash

  • Create and process all supplier payments
  • Review and reconcile bank accounts

Other

  • Ensuring the Company's SOX control procedures are followed in respect to the procurement and payment processes.
  • Ad-Hoc projects to support the finance and operations teams as required

Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work and communicate across the organization including senior executives
  • Proficiency in

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel,

  • Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
