Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service during the Trade Show
  • You will need excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm so that visitors can be persuaded to place orders. Additional commission for any sales accomplished
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followups
  • Assist in organizing the booth and setting things up on the day

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£8.38-£9.21 per hour


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Birmingham (required)

  • Birmingham: Relocate before starting work (required)
