Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service during the Trade Show
- You will need excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm so that visitors can be persuaded to place orders. Additional commission for any sales accomplished
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followups
- Assist in organizing the booth and setting things up on the day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Salary:
£8.38-£9.21 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Birmingham (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Birmingham: Relocate before starting work (required)
