Description

As a care coordinator, your main responsibility will be organizing the provision of care services for individuals. This includes assigning care workers to clients, taking into account their expertise and skills.

You will spend time at the office creating schedules for the care team, ensuring efficient use of their time and minimizing travel time while maintaining consistent care for clients.
Managing client and staff records, as well as overseeing office operations, will also be part of your role. It will be your duty to guarantee that all staff members have the necessary training to perform their tasks safely.
Effective communication with healthcare professionals like nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and doctors is crucial to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Given the nature of the job, you will mostly work in the office environment throughout the day.
