Description
An opportunity has arisen to join a business based in Portishead as a Customer Service Administrator.

You will play a critical role in helping the business managing after-sales service and warranty call outs. The role would suit an organised individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Logging warranty call outs with manufacturers and chasing to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaising with manufacturers to get updates on 'in progress' warranty call outs
  • Escalating issues internally where appropriate
  • Updating customers on the progress of their maintenance issue via dedicated software
  • Updating databases with appropriate notes
  • Obtaining costs from suppliers
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Being attentive to customer requests
  • Represent the company in the best way possible Core competencies
  • Excellent customer service
  • Confident telephone manner and good communication skills
  • Organised, methodical and ability to multitask

  • Computer literate Customer service experience would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
